This project exemplifies the transformation of a disused and environmentally challenging brownfield site into a premium residential development. Formerly an old chicken farm, the land required extensive remediation—including the safe removal of asbestos—before construction could begin.
The development comprises five individually designed new-build homes, offering a mix of four- and five-bedroom layouts. Each property combines traditional brickwork with contemporary cladding to create a modern architectural style that complements the surrounding landscape.
Built with energy efficiency and long-term sustainability in mind, the homes feature high-performance insulation, low-energy lighting, and environmentally responsible materials throughout. Enhanced glazing, underfloor heating, Air Source heat pumps and airtight building envelopes contribute to excellent thermal performance and reduced environmental impact.
